What to Bring

For DAY CLASSES

  • We often eat together, so we bring a potluck dish. In the winter, food can be warmed over the stove. Bring your own place setting.
  • Bring water.
  • Bring a journal to take notes, or whatever your prefer to soak in the knowledge
  • We recognize there is a variety of needs for being comfortable when sitting and listening to lessons. We have yoga mats and bolsters, but if you need something to make sitting for a whole day more comfortable, bring a camping chair, or cushion. Whatever you prefer.

FOR WORKSHOPS*
  • Meals will be provided, cooked together on an open fire. 
  • Bring your own place setting for meals.
  • Please bring your own Tent and bedding. We have some floor space to sleep in the Teaching Lodge.
  • Bug spray in the summer
  • Bring a journal to take notes, or whatever your prefer to soak in the knowledge
  • We recognize there is a variety of needs for being comfortable when sitting and listening to lessons. We have yoga mats and bolsters, but if you need something to make sitting for a whole day more comfortable, bring a camping chair, or cushion. Whatever you prefer.



*MORE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE SENT TO YOU WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR RETREATS AND WORKSHOPS THAT ARE LONGER THAN ONE DAY.  IF YOU HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS FEEL FREE TO EMAIL OR CALL US.  THANK YOU FROM OUR HEARTS TO YOURS.
